These are comprehensive assessments that can help to further understand mental difficulties and identify the best way forwards.
These involved a clinical interview to discuss areas of concern and review your history and symptoms. It would also include psychodiagnostic measures and a detailed report outlining any conclusions and treatment recommendations.

I believe in creating a transparent and collaborative space where you feel heard and supported. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to guide our work together. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs because I understand that each person brings their own experiences, cultural background, values, and strengths to the process.
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
In our first session (or two), we’ll discuss what has brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to gather information about the issues, how they impact your life and what you hope to gain from therapy. I might ask you to complete some questionnaires to help me understand what is going on for you. From there, we’ll make a plan for our work together including the therapeutic approach, roughly how many sessions we’ll need and ideas for how we’ll know if therapy is ‘working’. We will continue to review this plan as we work together to check it still fits and make any changes needed.
Every therapy session is 50 mins long. Psychodiagnostic Assessments may require longer sessions. How long exactly will be discussed at time of booking
Sessions are billed at the rate recommended by the British Columbia Psychological Association (BCPA). As of May 15, 2025, BCPA increased the suggested rate to $245 per 50-minute session.
As each health plan is different, I would recommend you check with your insurance carrier regarding coverage for registered psychologists.
